Medquist shorting MTs in paychecks lawsuit.

Has anyone heard anything new on the class action lawsuit of MTs against Medquist for short-changing their paychecks. Also
on Google it says Medquist overcharged hospitals 10 Million and big lawsuit going on.

I worked for them for 12 years and my paychecks got smaller and smaller, they changed software to where we couldn't verify our
line counts, and they got word recognition which we couldn't verify either. They kept saying as the software improved our paychecks would as well.

I got a letter about it recently. This is after I quit working due to illness and being fed up with them. I happen to live in the city which has one of their biggest accounts, Ohio Health, and I told my surgeon about it. I hope she spreads the word. Ohio Health is a huge account, it should be done by a responsible company who won't cheat them.
