Today I thought of sharing my personal experience as a MT. As an MT we all work hard to meet the deliverables and clients are pulling or legs for early submission of work.
Due to this we end up with high amount of stress. Follow the below mentioned tips that can help you come out of this.
1) Sit straight and dont be leaning towards the pc while you are transcribing.
2) Often wrap your hand
3) Use coolers in pc screen
4) Take a walk for 30 seconds every hour.
You know, these tips may be silly but if you follow on a regular basis you will reduce the stress in the days to come...
